Arterial Blood Gas — Respiratory Acidosis Without Compensation

ABG results (pH 7.12, PaCO₂ 90 mm Hg, HCO₃⁻ 22 mEq/L) in an unresponsive client indicate respiratory acidosis without compensation — pH is low, PaCO₂ is elevated, and HCO₃⁻ remains within normal limits.
